What we collect
To calculate a birth chart we ask for a birth date, time, and place, and optionally a name. To fulfill a paid order (a report or a poster print) we also collect an email address, used only to deliver that order and to contact you about it.
How it’s used
Birth details are used solely to compute your chart and, where purchased, to generate a written report. Your email is used to send an order confirmation with a link to download what you bought, and for nothing else — we don’t send marketing email, and we don’t sell or share your data with third parties beyond the service providers below.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly and has its own privacy policy.
Storage
Order and chart data is stored securely in our database and is retained so you can return to a past order’s download link. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at contact@threemoonastrology.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
