Digital products
Reports and poster prints are digital products, generated from the birth details you provide and delivered as a download (a PDF or a high-resolution image) immediately after payment. There is no physical shipment.
Accuracy of chart data
Chart calculations depend on the birth date, time, and place you enter. We compute positions astronomically from that input, but we can’t verify its accuracy — please double-check your details before purchasing, especially birth time.
Refunds
Because reports and posters are generated specifically for you at the moment of purchase, we don’t offer refunds once a report has been generated or a poster downloaded. If something goes wrong with your order, if generation fails, or the wrong chart was produced due to a fault on our end, contact contact@threemoonastrology.com and we’ll make it right.
Access to your order
Each order is accessible through a private link sent to your email and shown on the order confirmation page. Keep that link — it’s the only way to return to your download later.

Reports are written interpretations offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and shouldn’t be treated as a guarantee of future events.
